Adolfo A. Arthur Nouel, graduated as a Doctor in Dentistry, from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in 1963.

He is a Specialist in Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Orthopedics, graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Asociación Argentina de Ortopedia Funcional de los Maxilares in 1966.
Head professor of Oral Surgery at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, with 34 years of teaching experience.

Stomatologist at the  Instituto Dermatológico y Cirugía de Piel since 1968.
