Panorámic radiograph after 1 year, extractions of the deciduous teeth and the mesiodens are indicated



Two years later, the position of the affected teeth improves

The spontaneous eruption of the right max central and lateral continues

Mandibular appliance instalation to correct the inclination of the lower incisors.
Ectopic eruption of the maxillary central.

Both the central and the lateral in position after 24 months of treatment.

All permanent teeth erupted
