Case 16.- Maxillary left canine, second premolar and mandibular left first premolar impacted with retention of the lower primary second molars and congenitally missing second premolars in a 15 year old girl. The patient was treated with a combination of surgical and orthodontic procedures in one year, eight months with no extractions.
