Case 19.-  13-year-old  patient with maxillary and mandibular crowding, Cl II molar on the right side and gingival cleft of the left maxillary central incisor.  The patient was treated for 18 months with Alexander type appliances and nighttime extraoral force (headgear) to distalize the right side first molar.
