Case 22.- 10-year-old patient with congenital
absence of the right maxillary lateral. History of mesiodens between
the maxillary centrals, extracted when the patient was 8 years old.
The decision was to restore the space for the missing lateral
incisor and correct the maxillary midline. |

midline is appreciably deviated to the right and there is no space
for the lateral. |
