Caso 24.- Giroversion of left upper central caused by mesiodens in a 6 year old girl, with crossbite and mandibular laterodeviation to the left side.

Initial panoramic

Before

Treatment plan:
1.- Extraction of deciduous teeth letting mesiodens to erupt. 2.- Extraction of mesiodens. 3.-Correction of the crossbite and mandibular laterodesviation. Alignement of upper central teeth after eruption.
Appliances:
1.- Hyrax upper screw with acrylic mandibular repositioning. 2.- Fixed upper appliances. 3.- Lower lip bumper.

8 months of treatment, correction of the lateral mandibular deviation and crossbite.

2 years & 5 months
