Case 27.- 14-yr-old patient with bimaxillary protrusion and max/mand dental crowding, treated with upper and lower premolar extractions  and following “Wick” Alexander’s Vari-Simplex philosophy step by step, with a .018 wire gap.  The treatment lasted for 25 months.
