Case 28.- Congenitally missing upper left lateral, peg upper right lateral, and mandibular severe dental crowding in a 12-yr-old girl, treated with exodontia of the peg lateral and first mandibular premolars.  The maxillary permanent cuspids were located in the place of the laterals and subsequently anatomically reshaped.
