Sequential
radiographs where the development and position
changes of the germs of the 3rd molars
and their natural mesialized eruption into the
extracted 2nd molar spaces can be seen.
Observed also is the formation of a cementoma
on the apex of the lower left second premolar.
After
Results
obtained 4 yrs after initial treatment.
The poor treatment
results were due to two factors: the
continued vertical and clockwise growth of the
facial osseous structures and the lack of
cooperation from the patient´s part, who rarely
used the ClII and open bite elastics.
One can see the 3rd molars
occupying the 2nd molars´ spaces.
